"If you're talking to me, I'm here outta boredom, so i guess I'll stick around for a while." Adelle said to Chris.

"Both of you," she said putting her pistol back to it's rightful place, seeing who it was. "Now tell me, why is it the idiots are the ones who end up here by chance?" she asked, nodding to Darwin and another to carry out what they came here for first of all. That was to remain unknown.

"There is no use in using ships. The fog is too thick to navigate in. If we try using a ship, we'll end up circling the island. It's part of the curse. The only people who know how to get off this cursed island, would be the very few who actually escaped to tell the tale..or Davy Jones."
"And if we ended up here by chance, it may not be because we are idiots, but because the island is in need of new souls~"

"A curse?" Adelle questioned. She didn't really believe in curses...Unless the story behind it was really kool. She still didn't know Ama's name so she said, "Tell us about the curse, whore-house-guy!"

"My ship is just off shore," said Chris, she eyed him, "The island has dibbs on my soul anyway." she muttered turning at her heel and beginning to ascend where Darwin and the others had went. She had no time to bother with them. She didn't believe in legends...only what she could see touch and feel, that's what she believed in. And perhaps believed in a little too much then.

"Really? How'd that come to be?" he asked Chris curiously. "The curse is basically that anyone who dares to enter the island will lose their soul and walk among the dead for eternity as a part of the island. It's also said that the waters around the island harbor the lost souls that were never crossed over."

Adelle's shoulder's stooped. "That's it? How plain...oh, well. That means it can't hurt to do a bit of exploring. Do you think the dead would make good crew recruits?"

Chris ignored them, making her way to a more timely appointment. The legends were nothing but fairy stories. She'd been here many a time before. What these young wannabe captains believed in were nothing but fairy stories.

Amadeus shrugged ad suddenly remembered that he left Reya in the small cave like structure. He stood and made his way back hoping he'd remember where it was and finally found her. She didn;t look to happy.

Reya growled as she wandered back through the trees, not really knowing where she was going. It was deathly quiet, as if all life had dissapeared, so she had no way of finding Amadeus. She used the trees to keep herself from falling out of lightheadedness though she had a hard time finding them. By this time, the fog Amadeus tried to avoid had moved its way into the forest.
"Bloody perverted pirate!" She grumbled to herself. "Leaving me behind in a damn cave to fend for myself." She had begun to think that he actually cared in some way when he wrapped her wound, but then he left her for dead in a cave. "I'll f***in' kill him!" She reached forward for a tree, but herhands found nothing but air. She took a step forward but it got caught on a fallen branch. She fell quickly and expected to come into contact with shrubs of the forest floor, but she landed on soft sand. She blinked and laid there, trying to listen for the ocean. Agan, there was nothing.

Amadeus looked down at his feet where he noticed Reya. "I expected you to be in the cave. But I guess you were worried about me and came lookin huh?~" He leaned down as she lifted her head giving him yet another glare. "We're not alone here. It seems two other captains, one with a vessel have reached here too."

Chris looked back as they disappeared. Hoping they wouldn't follow her, she instructed Darwin to take one side of the island, and took a few more of her crew around the other. Just to be safe. Kneeling and feeling the ground in front of her, she picked up the moss. Little citters fell from her hands in dismay. She took out a small box, opening it there were a few papers, a kerchief, and a key. She took two of the papers. dismainly throwing the box back into it's little hiding spot. Securing the two parchments in her shirt she looked over at her men, "Come on, back to the ship." she instructed.

Her expression became a little brighter when she heard that there was someone with a ship on this damned island, but then she realised who it was and what they had said earlier. Her expression once again fell to a glare.
"Good." She said, pushing herself onto her knees so she could take a break and get used to the pain before she stood up completely. "I can finally get away from you." She brushed the sand off of her and walked forward a bit, but found it hard to walk on sand. She cursed to herself as she stumbled past him.

He noticed her stumbling and would've just let her go on with her business on her own. But he had an urge to help her..be close to her. Even though it went against everything he stood for. Every really ridiculous thing he stood for. He sighed and placed an arm around her waist so she could balance better.
