Amadeus grabbed a rum bottle and steered the ship out of Storm Front and out into open seas. "Man your stations!" he ordered his crew and threw on his captain's hat. A source of pride for any captain.

Alice smiled to herself. Her "station" was the kitchen and since breakfast was over she had an hour before she had to be back to the kitchen.
Alice walk around on the deck, her shoes clicking and her leather saddle back hanging at herside. She look up at the crows nest and saw that it was empty. She walked over to the pirate who was suppost to be up there. He smiled. This was apart of their deal. He got to nap, while Alice took of his job for an hour.
She brushed her blonde hair out of her face and climbed up to the crow's nest. She looked over the ocean, taking in the view. This was her favorite spot on the ship.

Amadeus threw the empty rum bottle overboard and heard an "Eeeping" noise coming from Raphael, his small monkey.
He turned to Raphael and looked up at the cause of the eeping. Alice was in the crows nest. Amadeus let out a scoff. He never let any woman in any station other than in the cargo room, kitchen and cleaning duties.
Ephran, the man who was supposed to be manning the crow's nest was no where in sight. Which meant he probably snuck downstairs to his cabin in the cargo room. "Ephran! Come down from the crows nest!" he ordered even though he knew it was Alice up there and not Ephran.

Alice giggled.
"Oooo busted." she said as she grabbed a rope and slide down to the deck. She held her shirt tightly to herself, so it wouldn't fly up and show her underwear.
"That was fun." she said.

"Why were you up in the crow's nest? That's Ephran's station." he said impatiently.

"Ephran wasn't feeling well, sir....So I offered to take over his post until I had to go work in the kitchen." Alice said smiling sweetly at him

He smirked inwardly and put an arm over her shoulder as he led her downstairs to the cargo room where mostly the rum was held.
"Listen. You and Ethela don't belong on deck unless I give you an order or you're doing chores. Escúcheme hermoso. If you get hurt, the entire ship is effected. Get your priorities straight," he ordered.
"Besides, if your face gets scratch what else will I look at~"

Alice glared at her Captain.
"I'm more than capable of doing anything that the men can do." she said,
"I've climbed up there everyday, when one of the men were not feeling up to it."
She wanted to say more, but bit her cheek. She had already said to much.

"I'd advise you hermosa, to respect and not back talk me." he said. "I don't care if you THINK you're capable of doing what a man can do. On this ship, you are nothing but a woman and all you're advised to do is what I tell you."

Alice clenched her fist and held her mouth shut, forcing herself to not back talk.
"Yes, sir." She spat.
"If you're finished. I believe I have to return to my post, making your food."

Ethela ran over to her captain, although she tripped and fell on her face right in front of him. She popped her head up and raised her hand. "I finished my cleaning, sir! Is there anything else I can do?" she asked.

"See this is why I favor you over Alice. You're sweet and ask me what I want~ Isn't that loyalty huh Alice?~" he said teasingly and patted the young girl's head.
"No, you deserve a DAY OFF for all of your HARD WORK." he said.
