She made gurgling sounds and them was still and silent. She made no move, no sound nothing. She was not unconcious as he thought, no, she had an evil plan in her mind. But, hey, that's who she was, always planning, always thinking

He laughed for a moment and after a few more seconds of silence became a bit worried..
"Okay..very funny.." he said waiting for a reply which didn't come. He swam closer to see whether she was okay or not.

she quickly spun around and wrapped her arms around his neck, tightly, but not so tight that it hurt him. She stared at him with sad, puppy eyes, her bottom lip quivering.
"Why would you do that?" She asked, her voice upset, adding to the innocence. She averted her gaze and stared at the water. "I thought that we were... friends,"

He laughed and unwrapped her arms from her neck. "The one thing I can assure you is that we are not friends~" he said with a devilish smirk.
He then wrapped an arm around her waist to pull her in closer. "I think you know what I want us to be~"

Her body was against his and his face was mere inches from hers, getting closer every minute, testing her limit. The closness angered her, and scared her. She was scared of him being so close, she was scared of any man being this close while she wasn't in control. She turned her head away frantically, afraid that he would actually do something. She turned her head down, keeping her eyes closed.

He neared closer but when she noticed her actions it only confused him. Was she actually afraid? He was unsure and so he let her go and turned to his ship grabbing hold of a rope that was thrown down to them a while after they had jumped down.
"Are you coming up? Or should I just leave you here?" he asked.

She looked at him, shame written over her face. She couldn't believe that she showed him the same weakness again! What more, a rediculous fear that he could very well take advantage of. But why didn't he? He liked her, yes, but he liked torturing her more. He was indeed a strange, perverted man.
She shook her head, clearing her mind and swam over to him. She grabbed onto the rope and looked at him, wiping the shame out of her eyes. She raised an eyebrow and smirked.
"Age before beauty," She said.

Alaiyah and her brother sat on a rock overlooking the ocean. A ship was in sight and something even better, a man and a new victim for her. When she looked closer there was also a woman. "Look brother! It seems we have something interesting to do today," she said deviously and made her way into the water like a mystic being.
Amadeus was about to retort to Reya when he heard a sweet and enchanted humming in the distance. It was one that only he and any other man on the ship could hear. "Do you hear that?" he asked Reya, suddenly feeling weaker and enchanted at the same time.

Alaiyah had left without asking her brother's consent again, but Sylvain was used to it by then, so he just followed suit, as usual. As his sister started singing, he did too, making sure their harmonies meshed.

Reya looked out into the direction he was staring, then back to him. There was a glazed look in his eyes, like he was in a trance. She listened, but heard nothing. She snapped her fingers in front of his face.
"Uh, no..." She answered. She wrinkled her nose when he didn't respond. She yanked his hair. "Hello! We were about to get back on the ship?" It was then that she too, heard singing in the distance and she was put in a trance. She let go of the rope and moved away a little, listening intently.

Sylvain noticed the girl wasn't being effected to he sung louder, and since they were getting closer the volume should have increased further. Alaiyah would literally kill him if she didn't get to sink a ship today. Sylvain prayed for a good catch.

"Ah~" She blinked and tried to remove the voice that ecoed in her ears. The melody lured her in, inviting and consuming. It was the most beautiful sound she had ever heard. She moved out a little farther, slowly, and closed her eyes. Where was it coming from? Who was singing? She had to know, she needed to find him.

The sky was a deep blue, the sun a brilliant yellow, and not a cloud was in sight. There was no reason to suspect the weather, yet he not only suspected but knew for a fact that there would be a storm soon. Why else would there be so few birds flying above? The only other reasons he could come up with, amusing as they were, were completely ridiculous, so the lack of birds had to be because of an approaching storm. He was in trouble. It had been too long since his last meal already. If the storm lasted too long, he risked starving to death...
A voice almost as beautiful as the life within a coral reef caught his attention. Having had no previous experiences with Sirens, he didn't recognize it for what it was, and instead mistook it for something else. Prey. Smiling, he dove under the waves and swam toward the sound.

Alaiyah sang and kept singing as Amadeus kept his gaze on her until of course a figure underwater swam towards the group. Alaiyah hushed her singing when she felt a disturbance. Once she did Amadeus was released from his trance and looked around with confusion. "What the hell!?" he yelled out and when he saw the male siren singing to Reya he felt a fury burning deep in his chest. Swimming over to Reya he pulled her arm roughly towards him to wake her.
Alaiyah growled and looked to see the merman. "What a way to spoil a great moment! Stupid merman!" she said angrily as she pulled on Reya's other arm.
Amadeus looked up when he heard the word, 'merman'. "Merman!? Where!?"

Sylvain's jaw dropped as he stopped singing as well. "M-m-merman?!?!" he exclaimed. He had always thought mermen were creepy based on preconcepions. Mermaids were fine though, kinda cute. He forgot Reya for a second, but quickly went back to singing to help out his sister.
