Amadeus stepped out his captain's quarter and onto deck where his shipmates were busy swabbing the deck and tying ropes. He climbed up into the crow's nest and looked out onto the ocean.
"Get to work fleebags!" he yelled from where he was and grabbed onto the many ropes holding up the sails and swung down onto deck. "I want this ship spotless!"
The ship had returned to the Carribean after a hardy battle with another ship. They managed to sink though El Reino still took some damage that was being repaired. Amadeus's small, white and black, pet monkey, Rahael climbed onto his shoulder and eeped.

Alice took a deep breath. Why was it SHE always got stuck with giving the Captain his meals? It was probably because she was one of the only girls on the ship. She prayed the Captain would be in the mood for food.
"Captain! I have you meal." she said with a smile.

He turned towards Alison, not bothering to glance her over. Why he had let woman on his ship other than for reasons any male would was beyond him.
"Place it in my head quarters. " he said barely ever acknowledging her presence.

"Alright, but you better eat it quickly or else it will get cold." She warned as she walked towards his quarters.
Alice had no idea why she joined up with Amadeus Corderro....Besides the fact that he was pretty good looking. She was treated like she was nothing.... But maybe that's why she joined. Alice loved a challange.

He realized he was being harsh. But she never complained, which was one reason he let her in. She was quiet and never fussed him about anything. To him, she was an easy push over and as always something to look at. But she wasn't the only girl on his crew he fancied.
"Ethela!" he called.

Ethela had finished her cleaning, and ran over to Amadeus. "Captain! I've finished the chores and.... I found a kitten!" She said, holding it out infront of him. "C-Can we keep it, Sir..?" She asked, looking up at him, her eyes pleading.

He sighed and wondered why he let her join aswell. But that was one of those questions that just couldn't be answered. "You can keep it, but I don't want to see it out of your cabin." he said. "Now go help Alison with the cooking." he ordered.

Alice placed the platter of food on the Captain's table and sighed.
She needed to get a backbone. She had never let a guy boss her around before.... Well he was the captain and could make her walk the plank...so she decided maybe she would get one later.
She walked out of the cabin and saw poor Ethela over with the Captain.

A huge smile came across the small girl's face, and she nodded happily. "Yes sir!" she said, giving him a salute. She ran away and put the kitten on her bed, patting its head and running over to Alice. "Hello again, Alison!" she said happily. "What can I do to help?" she asked, looking up at her shipmate.

"It's Alice ok?"
She sighed.
"I already gave the Captain his food....So we just need to finish up the rest of the crew's food...You can help me finish up and then serve it when it's time if you want. You really don't have to."

"I'll do whatever I can to help, Aliso-- Alice!" she said, already moving over to the food and begining to help prepare it.

Alice smiled.
"Thank you, Ethela."
Alice also start to prepare the food. With Ethela's help they'd be done in no time.

She smiled back, and quickened her pace. She was willing to do anything to help get the captain to apreciate her presence, even if she could only do the small things.

As the girls were busy cooking, Amadeus waited outside on the deck.He leaned on the wooden railing of the ship until he spotted Reya in a very eye catching dress.
